Job Description
Excavator Operator / Pipe Layer | $28 to $36/hr + Profit Sharing | Year Round Run modern iron on a crew that respects skill. Schreiber Excavating is a family-owned sitework contractor in Ontario, NY with a GPS-equipped fleet, profit sharing paid back to the team, and a real path from Senior Tech to Junior Project Leader to Project Leader to Senior Project Leader to Superintendent. The role You are the expert on the crew. You run the excavator, lay pipe, shoot grade, and read the prints so the Project Leader can focus on running the job. When the foreman is off site, you keep production, quality, and safety moving. You lead and teach the younger techs.
