Full-time Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to assist in construction and maintenance projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.Duties:
- Operate various site construction equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, etc.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
