Retention Bonus:
$5,000 paid quarterly.
Shift Differential:
An additional $2.00 per hour for second-shift positions at both locations.
Employee Referral Bonus:
A $5,000 bonus for referring an applicant to either location, paid after 180 days of continued employment for both parties.

What You'll Be Doing Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move and load materials Inspect, maintain, and report equipment conditions to ensure reliable operation Support production goals by supplying material to crushers, conveyors, and stockpiles Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities What Are We Looking For Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment Skill in identifying equipment issues and reporting them promptly Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to learn site processes Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $26.87 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays
