What You'll Be Doing Operate pit loader equipment safely and efficiently to load materials for processing or transport Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Maintain consistent material flow while meeting production and quality targets Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures at all times Communicate clearly with team members to support smooth and efficient operations What Are We Looking For Demonstrated capability to operate heavy mobile equipment safely and responsibly Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic equipment issues Dependable, adaptable, and able to perform in a production‑focused environment Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $22-$28 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
