Yard Loader Operator Akron's Finest Mulch - 3.0 Akron, OH Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Maintaining an organized workspace Outdoor work Greenhouse experience Maintenance Loader operation Full Job Description Loader Operator / Greenhouse Yard Associate Akron's Finest Mulch is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to operate our JCB front wheel loader while assisting customers in our greenhouse and yard operations. This position involves loading mulch, topsoil, gravel, and other landscape materials while also helping maintain greenhouse plants and displays throughout the season. Responsibilities Operate a JCB front wheel loader safely and efficiently Load customer vehicles and trailers with mulch, topsoil, gravel, and landscape materials Provide friendly, professional customer service to all customers Assist with greenhouse operations including watering, plant upkeep, organizing displays, and general maintenance Help keep yard and greenhouse areas clean, stocked, and organized Work as part of the team to maintain smooth daily operations during busy spring and summer seasons Qualifications Experience operating front wheel loaders or similar heavy equipment preferred Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment Landscaping, nursery, greenhouse, or yard experience is a plus What We're Looking For We want someone who can confidently operate equipment, work well with customers, and take pride in keeping the greenhouse and yard looking great.
