Excavator Operator

Job Summary We are looking for an operator who takes pride in leaving yards looking perfect! As a company we handle high end residential landscaping, drainage corrections and yard regrading projects. Duties Operate excavator (mini to mid size) to dig/install downspouts, catch basins, french drains and swales Perform accurate rough and finish grading for lawns, patios, and driveways Trench safely around existing utilities Use laser level/grade rod as needed Load materials, backfill trenches and perform final clean up Requirements Minimum 2 years experience operating excavators/skid steer for grading and draining work Experience with tight residential spaces and protecting existing lanscaping Attention to detail- we want smooth, consistent grades every time Safety First mind set with daily equipment checks Own transportation Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus This position offers an engaging work environment where safety, efficiency, and technical skills are valued.
