Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and performing various labor tasks to support production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to supervisors. Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of equipment operation. Requirements Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not required. Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
