Must be willing to work with others and take instructions from supervisors. Daily responsibilities will vary. Main duties include operating heavy equipment such as rubber-tired front-end loaders, excavators, and other equipment used for crushing, transporting, and compacting dirt, aggregates, concrete, and stone. Other duties include mechanical work on equipment and parts located on-site, as well as physical labor including shoveling, sweeping, stacking materials, and preparing orders. The employee will also share responsibilities in maintaning the yard and facilities with duties such as weed wacking, trimming, mowing, brush removal, and preparing ground for storage of materials and crushing product. Experience with heavy machinery and equipment is required. Additional training and certifications can be provided. Mechanical experience is recommended. Hours of operation are 7:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday and periodic Saturday Hours 7:00 am- Noon. Closed Sunday. Paid holidays after 90 days, health/vision/dental insurance available. Free life insurance policy provided by employer. Paid vacation time after 1 year. Salary dependant on experience. Further detail will be discussed during interview.
