+ Monthly Bonus Opportunities Experienced loader operators wanted. Mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial experience preferred. We're looking for a skilled and dependable Loader Operator to join our team and support the safe and efficient operation of our mining operation. This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment with minimal supervision, moving materials to designated stockpile areas, and supporting daily plant operations. If you're an experienced heavy equipment operator who takes pride in operating equipment safely and efficiently, enjoys working independently, and can adapt to changing tasks and operating conditions, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing mining operation. What You'll Do Efficiently operate wheel loaders of all sizes to load and transport materials. Move materials to designated stockpile areas accurately and efficiently. Operate skid steers safely and effectively for a variety of tasks. Operate track hoes of various sizes based on the requirements of each task. Perform equipment operations with a focus on productivity, precision, and safety . Operate heavy equipment independently with minimal supervision. Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as operational needs change. Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment for yourself and others. Work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. Schedule Enjoy a built-in work/life balance! 4 days on, 4 days off 12-hour shift What We're Looking For Proven experience operating wheel loaders, including loaders of various sizes. Experience operating skid steers and track hoes preferred. Basic knowledge of occupational safety practices. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently with minimal supervision. Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team. Strong attention to safety, productivity, and precision. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and safety. Mining aggregate, or heavy industrial experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Physical stamina and agility to handle the demands of the job.
