We're looking for a skilled and dependable Loader Operator to join our team and support the safe and efficient operation of our mining operation. This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment with minimal supervision, moving materials to designated stockpile areas, and supporting daily plant operations. If you're an experienced heavy equipment operator who takes pride in operating equipment safely and efficiently, enjoys working independently, and can adapt to changing tasks and operating conditions, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing mining operation. What You'll Do Efficiently operate wheel loaders of all sizes to load and transport materials. Move materials to designated stockpile areas accurately and efficiently. Operate skid steers safely and effectively for a variety of tasks. Operate track hoes of various sizes based on the requirements of each task. Perform equipment operations with a focus on productivity, precision, and safety . Operate heavy equipment independently with minimal supervision. Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as operational needs change. Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment for yourself and others. Work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
