Overview We are looking for someone with experience operating heavy equipment that can help dig trenches and assist in laying drains. Pay would start at $18 per hour during a short training period with an increase in pay to $20+ per hour after training is completed. Will be working at various job sites around Tulsa, general hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Some flexibility to those hours due to weather, project timelines, etc. Duties Operate equipment such as excavators, dozers, a truck w trailer. Handle materials using heavy equipment and other material handling equipment; follow site plans and operator instructions. Follow equipment safety procedures, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with applicable safety and occupational safety regulations. Experience Construction experience and construction site experience are important; demonstrated heavy equipment operation is preferred. Mechanical knowledge, including basic hydraulics, and experience with equipment maintenance and hand tools are preferred. Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly with the crew, and work safely around active equipment and changing site conditions.
