If you have 15+ years of experience in dirt work and can take a project from start to finish, we want to hear from you. What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of hands-on dirt work experience.
• Experience with residential and commercial dirt work projects.
• Experience with tree removal and land clearing.
• Ability to balance and grade sites.
• Knowledge of proper elevations, drainage, and site preparation.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• CDL preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work well with a crew.
• Professional references demonstrating a strong work history and a record of quality, dependable work. Job Responsibilities
• Operate heavy equipment for excavation, grading, and site development.
• Perform tree removal, land clearing, and dirt work.
• Balance and grade residential and commercial sites.
• Maintain proper elevations and drainage throughout the project.
• Work with the crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
