Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate excavators to load raw materials into portable crushing equipment Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation Assist with plant setup, relocation, and breakdown as needed Communicate with team members to maintain efficient material flow Follow all safety and environmental procedures on site;
Mid Shift Hours:
11am - 9pm What Are We Looking For Skilled in operating excavators and other heavy equipment in a production setting Strong commitment to safety and situational awareness Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mobile plant environment Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues Flexibility to work mid-shift hours and adapt to changing work locations Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
