Dirt Work Operator or Dirt Foreman

Overview We are seeking a dirt work operator or dirt work foreman to joint our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction management practices. This role requires hands-on involvement in the field, ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and safety standards. Duties Manage daily operations on the job site, overseeing crew activities to ensure project timelines are met. Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction processes effectively. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with project managers to coordinate schedules, materials, and labor requirements. Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations. Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations. Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports. Experience Must have heavy equipment operating experience. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably as a Supervisor or similar position. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including contract administration and project scheduling.
