Grinding Loader / Operator

Grinding Loader/ Operator Union City, OK Red River Brick, a leading brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is hiring a Grinding Loader / Operator for our manufacturing facility in Union City, Oklahoma. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring grinding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to work safely, both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Follow all safety rules and procedures Complete pre-operation checks to ensure equipment starts and runs properly Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to reduce downtime Report and document equipment issues to the supervisor Monitor equipment condition and maintain daily records Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Ensure ground material meets quality standards Maintain proper material levels Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred Forklift, loader, or backhoe experience preferred, or willingness to learn Heavy equipment and belt conveyor experience is a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well with others Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical work Flexible schedule availability
