Company-matched to help you invest in your future Key Responsibilities Operate rubber-tired or crawler tractors equipped with front-end scoop buckets safely and efficiently. Excavate and load materials from pit sites, stockpiles, and batch plants; load trucks as needed. Maintain a vigilant approach to workplace safety for yourself and your team. Lift materials weighing up to 50-100 pounds unassisted when required. Communicate clearly with co-workers, using hand signals and maintaining eye contact, especially when maneuvering equipment in shared workspaces. Adhere strictly to company policies and all

regulations for safe work practices. Follow direction from the Foreman regarding daily tasks and project expectations. Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor servicing; escalate major issues to the Foreman. Complete daily pre
