Heavy Equipment Operator - Deep Foundations & Earth Retention Based in Dallas, OR | Projects Throughout Oregon and Washington $27.00 - $41.00 per hour (DOE) + Overtime +

Medical (90% employer-paid), Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Northwest Soil Stabilization (NW Soil) is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our deep foundation and earth retention team. We specialize in micropiles, augercast piles, soldier pile shoring, soil nails, and shotcrete. If you take pride in running equipment safely and producing high-quality work, we want to talk with you. What You'll Do Safely and efficiently operate excavators, track loaders, construction forklifts, grout plants, concrete pumps, and other foundation-related equipment Perform foundation drilling and earth retention support operations Read and work from plans and specifications Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Assist with rebar placement, shotcrete operations, site prep, and cleanup as needed Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to maintain production and quality standards What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience (deep foundation or civil construction preferred) Experience working around excavation and shoring operations strongly preferred Ability to read plans and grade stakes Basic jobsite math skills (volumes, elevations, measurements) Mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment setup and stability Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license Willingness to travel (approximately 50%)
Schedule:
4-10s (10-hour shifts) with frequent overtime
Work Location:
Project-based throughout Oregon and Washington Compensation & Benefits $27.00 - $41.00 per hour DOE Frequent prevailing wage projects Overtime opportunities Per diem when traveling
