Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heavy Equipment Operator, where you will play a vital role in earth-moving projects. This position offers the opportunity to operate a variety of heavy machinery and commercial trucks, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of materials across construction sites. Your expertise will help drive project success while maintaining the highest safety standards. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in active environments and are eager to contribute to impactful infrastructure development. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers and skip loaders with precision and safety. Drive dump trucks, flatbeds, and other commercial vehicles to transport materials between sites and storage areas efficiently. Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation and other construction activities by skillfully handling various machinery. Maintain logs of equipment usage and transportation activities. Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers and skip loaders. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience driving dump trucks and other large vehicles is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to perform routine equipment inspections and minor repairs as needed. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and efficiency. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
