We are a family-owned 4th generation reputable construction company committed to quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency. We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator / Foreman to join our team and lead crews on a variety of projects.

Position Overview:

This dual-role position requires a hands-on leader who can operate heavy machinery while supervising and coordinating job site activities. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive equipment experience, and a commitment to safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment such as Pulverizers and Specialty Spreaders Lead and supervise crew members on-site to ensure project goals are met Plan daily work activities and delegate tasks effectively Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members Monitor job progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment 2+ years of foreman or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA certification is a plus
