Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on-site. Your expertise will help drive project success by managing equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, excavators, mini excavators. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while honing your mechanical skills and contributing to the development of infrastructure. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and other machinery safely and efficiently across multiple construction sites. Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Assist with site preparation activities such as grading, excavation, loading, and hauling materials using appropriate machinery like dump trucks. Handle specialized equipment such as concrete mixers, tankers, farm machinery, and Caterpillar machinery to support various project needs. Follow all safety protocols and construction site procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment. Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and project timelines effectively. Maintain detailed records of equipment operation logs, inspection reports, and maintenance schedules. Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment on active job sites with a strong understanding of construction processes. Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, excavators, cranes, and related equipment. Valid commercial driver's license with experience driving front loader trucks, dump trucks. Familiarity with construction site safety standards and best practices for equipment operation. Ability to perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently. Knowledge of construction materials and techniques related to concrete mixing and site grading is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Join us in building the future! Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
