Job Description

HG Railroad Services is a turnkey railroad services contracting company based out of Opelika, AL. We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Heavy Equipment Operator/Driver within our Emergency Division based in Harrisburg, PA. We are an experienced team with a strong work ethic; We take pride in completing our work to the highest quality and in a timely manner that meets our customer's needs. No previous experience is required but experienced applicants with railroad background is preferred.
Required Travel:
Frequent/Extended overnight travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Extensive travel, some overnight required.
  • Must reside within 45 minutes of Enola, PA.
  • Perform duties and tasks assigned by superintendents.
  • Capable of understanding and following directions.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to travel frequently, days at a time.
  • Must meet 24/7 availability in order to respond for emergencies.
  • Valid drivers license required.
  • Ability to pass railroad safety training.
  • MUST possess Class A or Class B CDL.
