Job Description
Topsoil Plant Operator & Heavy Equipment Operator We're looking for an experienced, reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid equipment experience who's interested in learning topsoil screening plant operations What You'll Do Operate a D6-size bulldozer and wheel loader Learn and eventually run our topsoil screening plant (full training provided) Perform basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment Work in the shop during down periods and inclement weather Assist with snow removal of local commercial properties during the winter season What We're Looking For Proven experience operating wheel loaders and D6 size bulldozers Basic mechanical maintenance skills Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable with varied seasonal duties (screening season, shop work, snow removal) Why Join Us Year-round work with variety across seasons Hands-on training on our topsoil screening plant Stable, full-time position with a growing company
