Loader Operator

Operator Responsibilities:

 Maintaining proper supply of materials to the plant, performing the daily maintenance / minor repairs to plant and mobile equipment.  Assist the plant manager with maintenance, batching, and routine repairs.  Take ownership for a clean, organized yard, and equipment.

Operator Requirements:

 High school diploma or GED required.  Three years of construction related experience preferred.  Must be able to clearly communicate and follow instructions.  Must be self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.  Ability to work overtime / flexible schedule.

Operator Qualifications:

 Ability to safely operate wheel loader around plant while efficiently stocking materials.  Perform daily inspection of equipment.  General mechanical aptitude is a plus.  Must be able to maintain a clean / organized stockyard and bin area.  Must be able to lift 75 lbs.  Must have good interpersonal skills with co-workers and customers.
