Your expertise in precision machinery operation will directly impact project efficiency and maintain the highest standards of site safety. Responsibilities Execute complex lifts and precise material positioning using heavy-duty crane systems to support project timelines. Perform rigorous pre-shift inspections and preventative maintenance on lifting equipment to guarantee operational reliability. Collaborate with ground crews to orchestrate safe, efficient rigging and material placement strategies. Uphold strict safety compliance and hazard mitigation protocols to foster a zero-incident work environment. Maintain accurate logs of equipment performance and report technical issues to ensure continuous uptime. Support general site material handling and loading tasks to optimize logistical throughput. Engage in ongoing professional development to master advanced crane operation techniques and new technologies. Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Current, valid crane operator certification. Demonstrated history of operating heavy lifting equipment and managing industrial materials. Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA safety standards and heavy equipment best practices. Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving industrial settings. Preferred Skills Proficiency in operating skid steer loaders for site preparation and cleanup. Hands-on experience with Liebherr crane systems or similar heavy-duty platforms. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
