What You'll Be Doing Operate pit loader to move, load, and stockpile aggregates safely and efficiently Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliability Load customer trucks and feed plant systems to maintain steady production flow Maintain housekeeping of pit and work areas to support safe operations Communicate with team members to coordinate production, safety, and priorities What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as loaders in an industrial or outdoor setting Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and following established procedures Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify equipment issues and take appropriate action Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Reliability, adaptability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
