3 month temp-to-hire. Details We are seeking a skilled and safety-driven Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team. This position is responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support site development, excavation, grading, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has experience working in both commercial and civil construction environments and is committed to maintaining high productivity while adhering to strict safety standards. Responsibilities Operate heavy construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, rollers, and backhoes Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling in support of construction projects. Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and project specifications Conduct pre-operational inspections and basic maintenance on equipment Work collaboratively with site supervisors, foremen, and other crew members Why Apply 1.5x pay on Saturdays 2x pay on Sundays 40+ hours a week. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
