• Trenching & Underground Utilities We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support commercial construction projects focused on underground utility installation. This role is ideal for operators with strong experience in trenching, excavation, and pipe laying on active job sites. Pay & Schedule $30
• $35/hour (based on experience) 1st

Shift:

6:00 AM start

• end time based on project needs Overtime available Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment to perform: Trenching for underground utilities Excavation for water, sewer, and storm systems Backfilling and grading around installed pipe Safely dig around existing utilities and structures Work in coordination with pipe layers and ground crew Perform rough and finish grading as needed Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Maintain a safe, clean, and productive job site Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations Requirements Experience operating heavy equipment on sitework or heavy civil projects Strong skill set in: Excavation and trenching Underground utility installation (water, sewer, storm) Ability to work safely around active job sites and underground utilities Equipment Experience Excavator (required) Dozer Skid steer or loader Haul truck (preferred) Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 certification Ability to read site plans or grade stakes Experience on commercial construction projects Work Environment Outdoor construction sites Exposure to weather, heavy equipment, and active job conditions Physically demanding work environment Why Apply Competitive pay based on experience Steady work on commercial projects Opportunity for overtime and long-term employment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00
