Class A Excavator Operator

Allied Water Services is hiring an experienced Class A Excavator Operator for underground sewer, water, and septic work. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who knows how to operate efficiently, safely, and accurately around utilities, structures, and active job sites. Responsibilities Operate excavators for underground sewer, water, and septic installations and repairs Perform precise trenching, grading, and digging around existing utilities Work closely with ground crews to complete jobs safely and efficiently Read site conditions and adjust operation accordingly Assist with job site setup and general field work when needed Requirements Proven experience operating excavators (Class A level Required) Experience with underground sewer, water, or septic systems Ability to trench, grade, and work around utilities with precision Comfortable working in tight spaces and below grade Strong work ethic and reliability Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Company vehicle (based on role/experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plans 401(k) with company match Paid time off Work Environment This is hands-on outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
