Drawbridge Operator (Flagler Memorial)

Florida Drawbridge has a Drawbridge Operator positions available for the Flagler Memorial Drawbridge. This is a very desirable opportunity to work an interesting and unique job. We are looking for safety-conscience individuals to operate the bridges safely and highly dependable people to maintain our bridge houses in "Tip-top" shape. Work an interesting job with beautiful views of the Florida waterways! Paid training will be provided . Qualified candidates must be able to read and write English, follow safe opening procedures, pass drug screen and perform minor bridge house maintenance.

Schedule:

4 days on & 4 days off.

Shift:

10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Must live close to the job-site. Bridge will be manned 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Must be professional Drug-Free Workplace, must pass a drug test Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable. Must be able to have regular, reliable and dependable attendance Must have good vision (corrective lenses are ok), ability to see all colors Must be and able to go up and down stairs Perform minor bridge house maintenance We are looking forward to hearing from you!
