We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and participate in E-Verify. About this Role FiberTel is looking for aTravel CDLEquipment Operatorfor our Portland location. This is a travel position with job sites in OR, WA, and ID. TheTravel CDL Equipment Operatorwill be responsible for safely and skillfully operating and maintaining construction equipment (cable plows, backhoe, mini excavator, skid steer, rock saw, and other utility construction equipment). This position may also help with loading and unloading of equipment and materials using heavy equipment as well as any other tasks assigned by the foreman. A Class A CDL is required for this position.

Pay:

$25-36/hr, DOE . Daily Per Diem + travel accommodations.

What You'll Do Position Responsibilities:

+ Operate all heavy machinery in a safe manner + Dig trenches, back-fill excavations, and compact & level earth to grade specifications + Transport materials and equipment + Load & unload equipment and material as needed + Follow all on-site safety procedures + Ensure contents & equipment are properly secured during transportation + Comply with all DOT regulations and rules + Perform daily vehicle pre-trip inspections and
