Job Description

Job Overview ECHO Associates is a family owned and operated septic system pumping, inspection, repair, install and design company. We are looking for a Truck Drive/Heavy Equipment Operator that is well-rounded and has a strong work ethic. Must have a CDL, at a minimum. Class A or B drivers are a plus. Previous experience in the septic industry/construction is desired, and the pay will commensurate with that experience. The person hired will be trained in all aspects of the business
  • i.
e., septic and commercial pumping, septic system installing and septic repair work, and equipment operation. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and paving equipment with precision and safety. Drive and manage dump trucks and other commercial vehicles to transport materials to and from construction sites. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safe work environment. Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling to support various phases of construction projects. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment and driving trucks in diverse environments. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth workflow on-site. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and transportation logs. Perform septic pumping and basic service work Requirements Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, or paving equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)with a clean driving record. Prefer Class A or B license, but not a requirement. Ability to pass a drug screening
