Job Description

Full Circle Recycling is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the process while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Operate various types of loaders, such as wheel loaders and skid steer loaders, Material Handler to load and unload materials.
  • Transport materials to designated areas within the facility.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate loading/unloading activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Loader Operator in a construction or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of loaders and related equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
