We are looking for a full-time Operator/Site Foreman to join our company and lead by example on job sites. We work locally in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Job Duties:

Operate heavy construction equipment such as skid steers, loaders, excavators, off road dump trucks, etc. Inspect equipment daily and perform basic maintenance Manage & oversee the job site crew to ensure safe & accurate work Review and understand site plans and project schedules Supervise and delegate job site tasks per plans Work with GC Site Supervisors to coordinate work and subcontractors Maintain regular communication with our Project Managers Coordinate equipment mobilization and report any issues with equipment Maintain a safe and clean work environment, meeting all Federal, State and local safety regulations Lead by example including performing operator or laborer tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

10 years construction experience 3 years heavy equipment operator experience Experience in a leadership role Valid Driver's License DOT Health Card RI Operator License (MA Hoisting License is a bonus) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificate Ability to handle the physical (bending, lifting, climbing, stooping, etc) and environmental (working in heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.) demands of the job Knowledge of safety and industry standards including trenching, grades, utility work, etc. Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications Ability to communicate, understand and follow written and verbal communications in
