Full-Time About the Opportunity We are a well-established heavy civil construction company in the Charleston area seeking a skilled and motivated Track Hoe / Dozer Operator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Operate track hoe (excavator) and dozer safely and efficiently on job sites Perform grading, trenching, and site prep work Follow site plans, grade stakes, and supervisor direction Assist with storm drain, utility installation, and general earthwork as needed Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Maintain a strong commitment to safety standards and procedures Qualifications Experience operating excavators and/or dozers in a construction environment Heavy civil, site development, or utility work experience preferred Ability to read grades or work from grade stakes is a plus Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Ability to work overtime as needed What We Offer Competitive pay: $18
