As a Light-Duty Tow Operator, you will play a crucial role in providing reliable and professional towing services to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of vehicles, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding our company's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Respond to towing requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring the safety of vehicles and customers. Safely load, transport, and unload a variety of light-duty vehicles, including cars and small trucks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Adhere to towing procedures, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure secure and damage-free vehicle transportation. Perform basic maintenance checks on towing equipment and vehicles to ensure proper functionality. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate towing assignments and ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of services performed, mileage, and any incidents. Uphold a clean and organized work environment, both within the tow truck and at the job site.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must Reside in Goose Creek or Hanahan areas Previous experience in light-duty towing is preferred but not required Familiarity with towing equipment and procedures. Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers. Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and adapt to changing situations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and carrying.

$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
