Anticipated Direct Hire We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support a large-scale warehouse and logistics operation in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials while supporting inbound and outbound freight operations. The ideal candidate has experience working in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, construction, or distribution environments and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive worksite. Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment to transport, load, unload, and stage materials. Support warehouse operations by moving materials throughout the facility and designated storage areas. Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns. Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Assist with inventory movement and material organization. Coordinate with warehouse personnel and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow. Maintain equipment cleanliness and complete required operational documentation. Assist with general warehouse and logistics duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment. Experience operating one or more of the following is preferred: Telehandler Front-End Loader Wheel Loader Skid Steer Reach Stacker Material Handler Rough Terrain Forklift Other heavy industrial equipment Strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license required. Equipment certifications are preferred but not required. Schedule The anticipated work schedule is approximately: Six days per week Ten-hour shifts Approximately 60 hours per week Final schedule will be confirmed prior to hire. Compensation $30.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience. Overtime opportunities available. Employment Requirements Candidates must be able to: Work extended hours and overtime as needed. Work outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions. Stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the shift. Lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Work safely around moving equipment and industrial machinery. Successfully pass any pre-employment screenings required by the employer. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated résumé detailing their heavy equipment operating experience, certifications, and industrial or warehouse background.
Pay:
