We are seeking a skilled CDL Driver / Excavator Operator who can safely transport equipment and operate heavy machinery on residential pool construction projects. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL trucks, dump trucks, trailers, and equipment transports Transport excavators, skid steers, and construction materials to and from job sites Operate excavators for pool excavation, grading, trenching, drainage work, and site preparation Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently Perform daily equipment and vehicle inspections Read site plans and work with project managers to ensure excavations meet specifications Assist with layout, grading, and other site work as needed Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license Experience operating excavators and other heavy equipment Clean driving record Ability to safely haul and secure heavy equipment Understanding of residential construction and site work Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
