As an Equipment Operator, your primary responsibilities will include: Operating heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Loading, moving, grading, and stockpiling materials as directed by management. Maintaining safe operating conditions while working around employees, customers, and other equipment. Monitoring equipment performance and reporting mechanical issues promptly. Following all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations. Working outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain.
What We Need From You:
Minimum of one year of experience operating heavy equipment preferred. Experience operating loaders, excavators, skid steers, compactors, or similar equipment is a plus. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks as needed. Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures and operating instructions. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
