Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Construction Equipment Operator to support active job sites. This role requires hands-on expertise operating heavy machinery and a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality work. If you're confident behind the controls and know how to keep a project moving, this is a solid opportunity to join a reliable and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation work Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues promptly Work closely with site supervisors and ground crews to ensure accurate and efficient execution Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
Requirements:
Must Have High School Diploma or GED Must have valid Texas Driver's License and ability to drive company owned vehicle Specialized skill training/certification Minimum two years of experience operating construction equipment Able to stand/walk and lift/carry for extended periods of time
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
