Job Description

Equipment Operator / Road Crew We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our road construction crew. This is a full-time position with year-round workwith guaranteed hours
Responsibilities:
Assist with operating a chip spreader Operate water trucks and rollers Perform general road crew duties Help with manual labor, including shoveling when needed Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of equipment operating experience Experience working on road construction crews preferred Valid driver's license Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to perform physical labor when required
