Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team and contribute to various building projects. This role involves physically demanding work on construction sites, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the timely and safe completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in the construction industry. Duties Operate, haul, and maintain equipment Bull Dozer, Excavator, Skidsteer Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and hazards Operate basic tools Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure worksite Assist in loading and unloading construction materials and supplies Help with site cleanup at the end of each workday Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred Must be at least 18 years old to comply with safety regulations Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in starting or advancing their careers in construction.
