What Youll Do Operate heavy equipment, includingskid steers, dozers, and maintainers, to perform excavation, grading, and material handling. Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs. Follow directions from the Foreman and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area on site. Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations. Assist with other site tasks as needed to support team operations. What You Bring Proven experience operatingskid steers, dozers, and maintainersin construction or site prep environments. Strong understanding of equipment controls, safety procedures, and maintenance requirements. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices. Valid drivers license; CDL is a plus.
Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, dozer, maintainer).
Preferred:
Experience in construction, excavation, or site development. OSHA 10 or other safety certifications.
