Job Description

SNW Services is seeking experienced and dependable Track Hoe (Excavator), and Dozer Operators, to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in operating equipment safely, efficiently, and professionally while delivering high-quality work on every project. Our operators work on a variety of projects including land clearing, forestry mulching, pond construction and repair, site preparation, road construction, and other heavy civil and earthmoving projects throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment on various job sites. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance. Follow project plans while maintaining productivity and quality. Work safely around other employees, utilities, and property. Keep equipment clean and report maintenance needs promptly. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Experience Experience operating Track Hoes (Excavators), Dozers. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus. Ability to travel to job sites when necessary.
