About Us:
BlueLine Utility Group, LLC is a growing water services business known for our commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency. We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled equipment operator to join us in delivering essential field services.
Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced operator capable of handling backhoes, skid steers, excavators, and other related equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach, including physical labor. We meet at the yard in Mustang Ridge daily, then work in Creedmoor and surrounding areas. We have a mandatory "on-call" rotation. If you're ready, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate backhoes, skid steers, excavators, and related equipment efficiently and safely. Perform manual labor alongside machine operations—lifting, carrying materials, walking on uneven surfaces, and climbing ladders as needed. Assist in various field tasks and maintenance duties. Safely transport equipment and materials to job sites (if holding a CDL).
Requirements:
Experience operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, and excavators. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects, walking up ladders, and working outdoors. CDL preferred (not mandatory, but a plus). Willingness to work overtime as needed. MUST have reliable transportation to and from work.
