In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and loading trucks with bales. Your expertise will help streamline our processing workflows, ensure safety standards are met, and contribute to environmentally responsible practices on the farm. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills in heavy equipment operation Are appreciated Responsibilities Operate baling machines and related heavy equipment such as loaders, forklifts, front loader trucks. Load materials onto balers using loaders or excavators, ensuring safe handling and proper placement. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to maintain safety standards and prevent malfunctions. Perform cleaning duties around the work area to uphold sanitation standards and ensure a safe working environment. Assist with the transportation of bales. Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, machinery operation, and sanitation procedures. Document operational activities, including bale counts, equipment maintenance logs, and safety checks. Skills Proven experience operating loaders, excavators, forklifts. Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation with an emphasis on safety and efficiency. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout shifts. Familiarity with sanitation procedures and maintaining cleanliness in industrial environments Meaning keeping your tractor clean. Excellent attention to detail when inspecting equipment and processing materials. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
