What You'll Be Doing Operate pit loader safely and efficiently to load haul trucks with raw materials Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies or hazards Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner Strong awareness of safety standards and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules Commitment to maintaining equipment and reporting issues promptly Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with company policies Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
