Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Trackhoe Operator at 3B
DOZER SERVICE LLC
is responsible for operating hydraulic heavy equipment to efficiently excavate, move, load, and grade earth, rock, or gravel primarily on construction sites. This role is crucial in ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate trackhoe equipment to dig trenches, footings, and foundations according to site plans and blueprints. Conduct daily maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Follow all safety protocols and compliance regulations to maintain a secure work environment. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project specifications are met. Read and interpret grades, blueprints, or site plans to execute tasks accurately. Perform tasks in various weather conditions and manage physical demands, including lifting and moving up to 50+ lbs.
