Motor Grader Operator STX Civil - 3.0 Laredo, TX Job Details Full-time $23 - $30 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Qualifications Infrastructure construction Driver's License Construction quality control Preventive machine maintenance Construction grading Full Job Description STX Civil is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator to work on highway and heavy civil construction projects throughout Texas. Responsibilities Operate motor graders for roadway construction and maintenance. Fine grade subgrade, embankment, flexible base, and other roadway materials. Follow grade stakes, plans, and GPS/machine control systems when applicable. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance. Work safely around crews, traffic, and heavy equipment. Maintain production and quality standards on project sites. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of motor grader operating experience preferred. Experience on highway, roadway, or heavy civil construction projects. Ability to establish and maintain proper grade and drainage. GPS machine control experience is a plus. Valid driver's license required. Must be willing to travel and work on projects statewide. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. Paid holidays. Paid vacation.
