full-time, experienced Excavator Operator.
An Excavator Operator is responsible for the safe operation of heavy construction equipment.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Heavy Equipment Operation
Safe operation of
Excavator Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights.
Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures. Report
any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with
company policies.
Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor.
Clean equipment on a regular basis.
Perform job tasks in accordance with industry best practices and requirements of the equipment
(lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, carrying, sitting, walking, and climbing).
Effective Communication Skills (speech, vision, hearing/listening)
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
Some OT may be required depending on weather & project status
