Role:
Trinity CSG is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dirt work construction team. This role is focused on pad work, site prep, and general earthmoving operations. We're looking for someone who knows how to operate, shows up ready to work, and takes pride in doing the job the right way.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience operating equipment Must be able to run heavy equipment with GPS confidently Experience with dirt work, pad construction, and site prep Ability to read grade and work efficiently without constant supervision Strong understanding of job site safety Valid driver's license Clear background check
Responsibilities:
Operate equipment safely and efficiently on job sites Familiar and confident with GPS Perform grading, leveling, and pad work Complete daily equipment checks and report any issues Work with crew to keep projects moving on schedule Maintain clean and organized equipment Preferred (Not Required): CDL Experience in oilfield construction environments Live within 30 miles of
