Position Overview Rango Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our West Texas operations. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with experience operating heavy equipment in mining, construction, or related industries.
Equipment may include:
Front-End Loaders Excavators Graders Scrapers Dozers Blades Haul Trucks Pay is dependent on experience (DOE). Benefits 401(k) 401(k) Matching Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Requirements Previous heavy equipment operating experience preferred. Mining, earthmoving, or construction experience is a plus. Strong commitment to safety and safe equipment operation. Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and identify maintenance concerns. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven terrain. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Schedule & Location Monday-Friday schedule, with weekends as needed. Overtime opportunities available. In-person position. West Texas project locations.
